Summer Baker

HELLOOO! I'm Doreen from Singapore, living in 365days Summer every year. Yes the heat gets pretty unbearable especially in recent times :\ I'm turning 17 this year and I bake! and eat :D 

Well, what got me into baking was that I really enjoy food! When I just started, almost 2years ago, all I could find in my kitchen was a muffin pan and a bundt cake pan. I had a whisk & a measuring cup, but no spatula nor measuring spoons! (Not even a weighing scale - I love working in grams so much that I can already convert different ingredients from cup to gram instantly now!)

If asked the most significant thing I've ever made, it must be Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins! They were memories of my first baking experience :D It was the second thing I baked, and also the third thing I baked! 

Back then, I baked with an oven that had a heating coil only at the top. I burn the top of my muffins every time I used it! LOL.

& The last thing you should know about me; I wish I have big barbie dolls' eyes =P
